Box Office Updates

We've added some updates to our latest Box Office App update, now available on any iOS, iPadOS, or MacOS device using Apple silicon.

Swipe to Scan/Unscan

Orders can be swiped to the right to scan or swiped to the left to unscan for easy check in or check out.

Skip Customer Name at the Box Office

Use the "Mark tickets as scanned" check box to bypass filling out customer info when tickets are purchased at the door. Uncheck this Box to add the customer's name to will call. 

Add royalty, sales tax, and CC processing to box office tickets

Royalty fees, sales tax, and CC processing fees can now be added to tickets sold in the box office app. To turn this on, contact someone at VenuePilot support in the chat or by emailing clientsupport@venuepilot.com.
