Customizable Presales + Tracking Links

Presale codes are perfect for giving fans early access to shows, as well as tracking promoter and campaign performance. With our newest update, creating and sharing a presale code is effortless.

 

Presales give fans early access to tickets

Simply login to your VenuePilot account, select the event you’d like to create a presale code for and click on the “+” sign in the presales section. From there you will be prompted to name your presale, add a password (optional), and select the ticket types you’d like to include in your presale (GA, VIP, etc.). The next step is to set the dates you’d like to offer presale tickets (it is important to set the dates to your exact presale window). 



Finally hit the save button and copy the link to your presale (this is a unique link separate from the default purchase link). Read more about coded presales here.

 

Presales help you track your promotional teams and campaigns

Additionally, presale codes can be used as a trackable link for your promoters and ad campaigns. The only difference here is that you do not need to fill out a presale password. After the presale window closes, the link will direct customers to the general on-sale page. You can always view the performance of your presales by clicking “report” under the presales section.
